The East Palo Alto Robotics Foundation (EPARF) is non-profit corporation organized to support science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) activities for K-12 students in California, with a focus on robotics programs. The Foundation will fund the operation of FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) teams, primarily FRC Team 8048 in East Palo Alto, CA; and associated competition, outreach, and education programs that promote STEM education and awareness. In addition, the Foundation is organized to accept funding to be used to support other FRC teams and other robotics programs for students in grades K-12.
The East Palo Alto Robotics Foundation was incorporated as a non-profit in California on July 31, 2024. The Foundation is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Our EIN is 99-4323947. All checks for donations or purchases from the team should be made out to “East Palo Alto Robotics Foundation.” Checks can be mailed to East Palo Alto Robotics Foundation at 620 Guinda St, Palo Alto , CA 94301 .
